In order to expedite the process of service hour reporting, you may now report your scouting service hours directly to the lodge. You may report any service hours done with the Order of the Arrow using the form below. You do not need to report service hours done at lodge-level events or ordeals, as those hours are already reported by the event staff. You may fill out the form as often as needed to log your hours during the year. If you log at least 17 service hours by the end of the year, you will earn the coveted Golden Tooth award!
