What is the New Arrowman Award?

The New Arrowman Award is an award to promote engagement and help new members get involved in the OA
It can be earned by any OA member within their first year by completing the requirements below

Requirements:
Do all of the following

Wear your Lodge Flap
Attend 2 chapter meetings
Complete your brotherhood
Membership dues current
Participate in your unit

Attend one of the following events

Spring Fellowship
Fall Fellowship
Section E10 Conclave

Do 2 of the following

Participate in a chapter service project
Assist with 2 OA elections
Participate in a Lodge service project
Serve as your Unit OA Rep for 6 months
Be a chapter ceremonies team member
Staff an induction event
Attend an OA training event
Serve as a committee member or officer for chapter or Lodge
Attend the Lodge Banquet
