AMANGAMEK-WIPIT LODGE RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Scouts and Scouters,
In our present situation, our program has been constantly adapting to our situation. As we strive to adapt our program, we need to continually work together.
We would ask that Chapters continue to plan their Spring Ordeals virtually. Lodge Operations has produced resources to assist, these can be found at wipit470.org/ordeal-resources. Should you have any questions about virtual ordeals, please let us know at operations@wipit470.org.
In addition, Chapter and Lodge activities should be organized in smaller cohorts to keep groups sizes below 10 participants. Please note this applies to outdoor as well as indoor meetings or events, and that non‐participating adults or other family members who will be at the site also count towards this total.
Soon the Lodge will release a series of amendments and updates to our original COVID-19 protocols, so please be on the lookout for those.
We are nearing the end of the dark tunnel, but before we can emerge from COVID-19 we must finish strong. We ask that you do your best to keep our Scouts and Scouters as safe as possible and our program running!
Yours in Scouting
Stephen Peterson
Lodge Chief
